SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the delivery to be booked. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the parcel to arrive, depending on its destination. In the Italy average delivery times are 1-3 business days, in most European countries it is 2-5 business days, while delivery times for the extra UE are on average 7-10 business days
Absolutely! I will provide you with a tracking number for your order.
Local import taxes and fees for countries outside of Italy are the responsibility of the buyer.
WHAT IF THE ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event of your artwork arriving damaged, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have the delivery company mark the shipment as ‘received damaged’. Please take photos of the damaged parcel and artwork and send them to info@erosgasparini.art I will provide you with the return address where to ship back the damaged artwork. All shipments are insured.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER AT YOUR STUDI?
Absolutely, especially if your painting is extra large or you have other special requirements. Please contact me at info@erosgasparini.art
Unlike many, I offer shipping not painting rolled up, but ready to hang, they come in a sturdy wooden crate, for maximum safety.

RETURNS & ORDERS
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS?
I do accept returns on all my original paintings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days, no questions asked, and you will be fully refunded. You will need to send the painting back to London in the original packaging and cover the cost of return shipping and insurance.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON YOUR FINE ART PRINTS?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on Fine Art prints, unless they arrive damaged.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SEE HOW THE ARTWORK WILL LOOK IN MY ROOM BEFORE I PURCHASE IT?
If you would like to see what your new painting will look like when it is hung up in your room, just send me a photo of your room at info@erosgasparini.art and I will digitally hang the artwork for you. I can also show you what the different size options and framing choices will look like.
My studio is not open to the public at the moment. However, I can arrange viewings for serious art collectors and journalists upon request. Please contact me at info@erosgasparini.art if you would like to arrange a visit.

COMMISSION WORK
Yes, I do, but please understand that I consider commissions on a case-by-case basis. I don't do reproductions of my works or of other artists’ works, for both practical and moral reasons. If you have any favourites amongst my paintings, you can send me the titles or photos so I will know what kind of composition and colour palette you like. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR COMMISSIONED WORK?
I charge 25% more on top of my regular prices. For example, if the 100x100cm painting costs € 2000, the commissioned work of the same dimensions will be € 2000 + € 500 (25%).The total price for the commissioned painting would be € 2500. If you want to commission the artwork with dimensions that are not my regular formats, you can calculate the price of the painting using this methods:
Side A x Side B x 1 + 25% (100cm x 100cm x1 = € 2000 + 25% = € 2500)I
IS THERE A DEPOSIT FOR COMMISSIONED WORK?
I ask for 25% non refundable deposit before I start to work on the painting.
